Competition opportunities vary by level:

  • Bronze & Silver compete during a fall season from September through December

  • Gold through Sapphire compete during the traditional season from December through mid-April, culminating in the Xcel Regional Meet

Throughout the season, athletes compete against other gyms across the region and receive feedback from certified USA Gymnastics judges.

Through training and competition, gymnasts continue to build skills, confidence, and consistency—while enjoying the team environment and the excitement of meets.

Girls' XCEL Program

The Xcel Program offers a flexible and affordable competitive gymnastics experience designed for athletes who want to grow, compete, and stay involved in the sport—without the intensity of the traditional Developmental Program.

This program is ideal for athletes looking to balance gymnastics with school, other activities, and a well-rounded lifestyle, while still being part of a team and a competitive environment.
