For Beginners to all levels of experience
Gymnastics will improve performance in any other sport, as well as improving overall fitness and functional strength to a level that most people never attain. Starting adult gymnastics is fun! You will learn how to tumble, flip, bounce and swing in exercise programs that increase physical activity and the motivation for more activity.

Adult Tampoline - Ages 18+, 90 mins - 1x week
Whether you're a former gymnast looking to revisit the glory days, or a trampoline beginner looking for a safe and exhilarating physical outlet, this class is for you. The class is directed by Dave Kennedy, former US Trampoline team member. He will guide you with proven progressions and proper technique to the acquisition of correct bouncing, somersaulting, routine building and more.
Adult Appartus - Ages 18+, 90 mins - 1x week
This is a co-ed class for men and women with a penchant for basic gymnastic progressions and skill acquisition on the respective apparatus. Coached by Gleason’s upper-level coaches, this one-hour, once-a-week opportunity to learn new skills or dust off old ones while enjoying the toning and conditioning benefits of gymnastics - No previous experience needed. Beginners welcome. Veterans of the sport, you know who you are, can get back in the swing of things!
Adult Tumbling - Ages 18+, 90 mins - 1x week
Power Tumbling on the Rod Floor and ultra-springy Tumble Trak have never been so good with this one-hour, co-ed tumbling class. Gleason’s upper-level coaches teach the class. All levels of tumbling experience welcome, we've got you covered. It's hard to be humble when you can tumble.
