Building Confidence Through Movement.
At Gleason's Gymnastic School, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience movement, build confidence, and have fun in a supportive environment.
Our Adaptive Gymnastics Program is designed for children with a wide range of physical, developmental, sensory, cognitive, and behavioral needs. Each athlete receives individualized instruction tailored to their unique strengths, goals, and learning style.
Working in a 1:1 setting, our instructors create customized lesson plans that allow children to progress at their own pace while developing gross motor skills, coordination, strength, balance, body awareness, and self-confidence. We understand that every child learns differently, and we provide the patience, flexibility, and encouragement needed to help them succeed.
Whether your child is new to gymnastics or looking for a program that better meets their needs, our adaptive classes offer a positive and inclusive experience where every accomplishment is celebrated.
Our Adaptive Program is led by Anna, who holds a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and has extensive experience developing fitness and recreation programs for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Anna works closely with families to determine the best approach for each child and create a program that supports their success both in and out of the gym.
