BOYS PROGRAM PATHWAY
At Gleason’s, we offer multiple pathways for boys to grow in gymnastics—based on their goals, commitment level, and interest in competition.
Athletes are placed based on skill, strength, maturity, and coach recommendation.

Recreational Classes
The starting point for most athletes. Boys build strength, coordination, and foundational skills in a fun, structured environment.
⬇️
Boys Xcel Program
A flexible, team-based option for athletes who want more challenge and structure, with the opportunity to experience competition—without the full commitment of the Junior Developmental Program.
⬇️
Boys Junior Developmental Program (JDP)
For athletes ready for a higher level of training and competition.
-
Pre-Team & Training Team – Introduction to team training and skill development
-
Compulsory Levels (3–6) – Structured routines and competitive experience
-
Optional Levels (7–10) – Advanced training, individualized routines, and higher-level competition
How to Choose the Right Path
Not every athlete follows the same path—and that’s by design.
Some boys thrive in a flexible, balanced environment like Boys Xcel, while others are ready to pursue the structure and intensity of the JDP program.
Our goal is to place each athlete where they will be most successful, confident, and supported.
