| Advanced Beginning Gymnastics |
Learning front and back handsprings is the main focus of the advanced beginning level. Headsprings and running dive rolls are also taught at this level. On bars, students are taught front and back hip circles, stride circles, beginning bar changes from low to high bar, and mini-routines. On trampoline, back handsprings & front somersaults are introduced and basic skills are refined and put into developmental routines.
